and their vision is irreplaceable.

The foundation supports talented young people
working in the fine arts in order to call forth potential
and stimulate innovation. The foundation promotes
exchanges of artists as well as student groups across Europe.

Foundation

We initiate international workshops with groups of students of the eastern countries of Europe and Germany.

Every year the foundation grants scholarships for students of the visual arts at different german academies and offers Artist-in-Residence scholarships.

We preferably promote students who understand their work as research, in the course of which knowledge can be gained. We put special emphasis on the process of forming and reflecting approaches to contemporary drawing. She supports the graphic collections of museums in Germany. With her funds drawings of researching artists are regularly acquired.

Individual supports are currently awarded as Artist-in-Residence scholarships or Deutschlandstipendien.

Publication

The Audan Kunststiftung was able to support
between 2009-2024 twenty artists through
